Sälen - Sweden

Pánové odlétali z Prahy spokojení, takže jsme mohli zahájit výrobu:
The mash tun, together with the fermentation vat, is the heart of every brewery.
...and a boiler to go with it,
...and tanks, and so on.
A total of three trucks were dispatched.
The assembly in Sälen was carried out by a local crew under our supervision. Sometimes it took hands and feet, but we agreed..
And Sälen was slowly covered in snow.
After a few weeks of installation, the brewery is up and running:
Compared to the original 100-litre univarnicka hidden in the restaurant's closet, 20 hectolitres is a significant difference.
The work was a success :)

On Monday, May 23, 2016, we were visited by Pelle Hoffman, a restaurateur with his own brand of beer from the Swedish town of Sälen. It is worthwhile for the customer to check that the company he is dealing with remotely actually has its own production - and we'll be happy to oblige.
Mr.Pellé and his colleague Mr. Magnus took us through several installations, we also looked at our 5+1 brewhouse at the Frýdlant Castle Brewery, where we later arranged several days of training for Mr. Pellé and his brewmaster, Mrs. Bergkvist, on our smaller 10 hl brewhouse (we are still surprised how little decoction brewing is widespread abroad). The gentlemen flew back from Prague satisfied, so we could start production.
